A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and confirmation is issued by By2 Travel. Availability is subject to confirmation by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.
Advance payment is required to secure a booking. Balance payment must be made within the due date mentioned in the quotation/invoice.
Failure to make payment within the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable charges.
Prices are subject to availability and may change before confirmation due to airfare, hotel rates, exchange-rate fluctuations, taxes, supplier charges, or government regulations.
The final quotation/invoice issued by By2 Travel will be treated as the confirmed booking price.
Customers are responsible for providing correct passenger details and maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents. By2 Travel is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information or failure to carry required documents.
Flights, hotels, transportation, insurance, cruises, activities, and visa services may be provided by third-party suppliers. Their applicable terms, conditions, and cancellation rules may apply.
By2 Travel may make reasonable changes to hotels, transportation, sightseeing, or itinerary due to availability, operational requirements, weather, airline schedules, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Comparable alternatives will be provided wherever reasonably possible.
By2 Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, political disturbances, government restrictions, border closures, or airline disruptions.
Customers are responsible for complying with airline, immigration, hotel, local authority, and destination-country requirements.
No refund will normally be provided for voluntarily unused or missed services unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
GST, TCS, and other applicable government taxes/charges will be collected as applicable.
Payment of any amount towards a booking constitutes acceptance of the applicable quotation, itinerary, payment terms, cancellation policy, and these Terms & Conditions.
